We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Wait Staff at our counter service restaurant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience, from taking orders at the register to delivering food and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. If you enjoy providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! This is a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment where teamwork and positive energy are key to providing a great experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

– Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with any questions they have about the menu. Ensure customers feel welcomed and taken care of.
– Taking Orders: Efficiently take orders at the register, accurately entering them into the system and processing payments.
– Delivering Food: Promptly deliver food orders to customers at their tables with a friendly and positive attitude.
– Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep tables and the dining area clean by wiping down tables, clearing trays, and disposing of trash. Ensure the dining area is tidy and presentable at all times.
– Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations.
– Stocking Supplies: Ensure that the drink station, condiments, and other supplies are well-stocked throughout your shift.
– Customer Feedback: Address customer concerns or requests efficiently and courteously to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Basic math skills for handling transactions
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently
– Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness
